The administration assistant shared with FEMAIL how she manages to keep in shape while indulging, insisting that she eats everything in moderation, and religiously does a morning cardio work out, weight training and two walks a day.
Taighla Williams, 27, is a food blogger from Newport, South Wales, who despite sharing daily snaps of her high-calorie treats is a slender size ten
She manages to keep in shape by combining intense cardio, weight training and afternoon walks - and says she eats everything in 'moderation'
She said: 'I used to track calories religiously down to the gram of macronutrients but I’ve not tracked them now for a few months.
'Everything I post I most certainly eat but, for instance, if I post a box of six cupcakes I do not eat them all in one sitting, I would eat them over a 3-4 day period.'
As for her fitness regime Taighla does three and a half hours of exercise a day - and combines intense cardiovascular exercise with weight training and lighter cardio.
She explained: I start work at 11:30am so I get up at 07:00am to do a 45 minute class in a spin studio.

'I absolutely love spin, it’s my favourite exercise for sure, I love the music and sweating and you really feel like you’ve worked hard.
After spin I spend 30 minutes walking on a treadmill and finish off my cardio with 10 minutes on a stair master.
'Once I’ve finished my cardio I then spend 35-40 minutes weight training - concentrating on different body parts each day.
She revealed that despite npw being a fitness buff, she used to 'hate' exercise but started trying out her mum's exercise DVDs as she couldn't stand being sat down all day after staring her first job
'As my job is very sedentary, when I get home I then go for a brisk walk with my dad for an hour and after tea I walk my dog but he’s very lazy so that’s more a relaxing walk than fitness related.'
The blogger revealed that despite her current regime, she used to 'hate' exercise but started trying out her mum's exercise DVDs as she couldn't stand being sat down all day after staring her first job.
She admitted: 'During my school years I hated exercise. I only got into exercising due to feeling lazy after starting my first job and sitting down all day.'
One of Taighla's treats is a freshly baked doughnut with a buttercream center topped with Kinder Bueno pieces and Nutella
The blogger poster some salted caramel flavour and chocolate fudge flavour cupcakes both of which had a gooey filling
'My mum had recently bought some home fitness DVDs and so I decided to try them.
'I began Davina McCall exercise DVDs daily from home after work and even tried running half a mile with my dad around our local area - I only managed 1/4 of the mile before I felt like I would faint.
'Gradually, I began building up my cardiovascular endurance before eventually joining a local gym where I started trying out new forms of exercise such as kettlebells, spin classes, circuit training etc. and it went from there.'
However, the self-proclaimed food-lover started to become 'obsessed' with her weight, and says at one point she became 'underweight' due to excessive cardio.

The fitness buff knew that in order to become strong, she would have to eat more and says she started to 'enjoy life' more
Taighla revealed: 'I started to exercise more and more whilst also restricting calories, eventually becoming very underweight.
'It was at this point when I started weight training'.
She knew that in order to become strong, she would have to eat more and says she started to 'enjoy life' more.
She said:'I discovered that in order to build muscle for a more athletic and healthy look I’d have to eat a calorie surplus.
'After all of this I would now say that I feel I have a happy balance between food, exercise and enjoying life in general.'
Taighla recommends exercise DVDs as way to introduce yourself to fitness, and encouraged people to do forms of exercise they 'enjoy'.
She said: 'I’d definitely recommend DVDs to start off - they are a great way of understanding simple moves such as lunges, squats, shoulder press etc.
'I’d also definitely join a gym and actually do forms of exercise that you enjoy and not just because you think they’d be great calorie burners, that way you will 100% keep it up.'
